Kenneth L. Blanchard, Jr.

Mr. Blanchard began his career in real estate in 1993 as an independent abstractor of titles to residential and commercial properties while in undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University. In 1996, he entered into the oil & gas industry performing drill site and mineral/royalty abstracts of title, due diligence and field work.

After admission to the practice of law in 2002, Mr. Blanchard became a licensed title insurance agent and wrote title insurance until 2016. In 2006, he entered into solo practice. In recent years his practice has focused on such matters as quiet tax title litigation, partitions, boundary and servitude disputes, contested successions, foreclosures, complex land and business acquisitions, and property owners association management and litigation.
